Acceptance

By accessing Speak for Assam, you agree to these terms, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it if you are under 18.

Acceptable use

You must not post illegal content, threats, harassment, doxxing, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, or content that exposes another person to unreasonable danger. Do not use the service to organise violence or targeted abuse.

User content

You remain responsible for what you submit and must have the rights required to submit it. You grant Speak for Assam a limited licence to store, process, display, moderate, and technically reproduce your content as needed to operate the service. The service may remove content or restrict access without notice where safety, law, or the rules require it.

Moderation and availability

Posts are anonymous to other users, not guaranteed anonymous from the operator or lawful authorities. Threads may be locked, archived, deleted, or reported. No account, post, archive, or availability guarantee is promised.

Legal requests

Copyright complaints, privacy requests, and law-enforcement requests should be sent to speakforassam@gmail.com. Emergency requests should clearly identify the immediate risk and the information requested.
