Diphu: The picturesque hills of Karbi Anglong will come alive this Sunday as Tribo Fest, a landmark cultural and entertainment festival, takes centre stage at KPH, Taralangso.

Headlined by Bollywood singer Mika Singh, the event promises a high-energy mix of Bollywood hits and regional performances. The line-up also features popular singers Naveen Rajput, Zublee Baruah and Binong Timung, blending mainstream appeal with the rich musical traditions of Assam and the Karbi community.

Scheduled for October 4 from 3 pm onwards, the eight-hour festival is open to audiences aged 18 and above. Performances will be in Hindi, Assamese and Karbi, reflecting the cultural diversity of the region. Organisers describe Tribo Fest as more than just a music event — it is an experience that celebrates the Northeast’s hospitality, natural beauty and vibrant spirit while introducing the region’s talent to a wider audience.

Tickets are priced from ₹1,000 onwards and are available on BookMyShow. Early interest has already been strong, with dozens marking themselves as interested on the platform.

With its mix of big-name Bollywood energy and local flavour, Tribo Fest is expected to draw music lovers from across Assam and neighbouring states, putting Diphu firmly on the regional entertainment map this weekend.
