Guwahati/New Delhi, September 18: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday attended the Semicon India 2026 Conclave, a key national platform dedicated to advancing India’s semiconductor manufacturing and design ecosystem, and affirmed that Assam is proudly contributing to this high-technology mission.
Sharing photographs from the venue on X, Sarma wrote: “At the Semicon India 2026 Conclave where the future of India’s semiconductor history is being showcased and Assam proudly is part of it.” He tagged the official Semicon India handle and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
